Target Bonus Percentage definition

Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.
Target Bonus Percentage means Executive’s target incentive award opportunity under the EICP in effect immediately before the termination of Executive’s employment or, if higher, immediately before the first event or circumstance constituting Good Reason.
Target Bonus Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 4(b).

  • The determinations of the Board, the Committee or the Delegate, as applicable, with respect to such Cash Bonus or the Target Bonus Percentage shall be final and binding.

  • Executive’s Target Bonus Percentage for any subsequent year may be adjusted up or down, as determined in the sole discretion of the Board, the Committee or the Delegate, as applicable.

Target Bonus Percentage means Executive's target incentive award opportunity under the Reliant Resources, Inc. Annual Incentive Compensation Plan (or any successor plan) in effect immediately prior to the termination of his employment or, if higher, immediately prior to the first event or circumstance constituting Good Reason.
Target Bonus Percentage means the percentage applicable to Executive to determine Executive’s target incentive award opportunity under the Bonus Plan applicable to Executive as in effect immediately before the Covered Termination or, if higher, immediately before the first Event constituting Good Reason.

Target Bonus Percentage means Executive’s highest target Annual Bonus opportunity (expressed as a percentage of Executive’s Base Salary) for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs or for the two calendar years immediately preceding such year.
