Target Capital Stock definition

Target Capital Stock means the Target Common Stock and the Target Preferred Stock.

  • Parent Capital Stock means Parent Common Stock and Parent Preferred Stock.

  • Company Capital Stock means the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.
