Target Commencement Date definition

Target Commencement Date. November 15, 2017

Target Commencement Date means and refer to the Target Commencement Date set forth in Item 4 of the Basic Lease Information.

Target Commencement Date. The date that is 16 weeks from the execution and delivery of this Lease by Tenant to Landlord for execution, along with the first month’s Base Rent and the Security Deposit.

• Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the Premises to Tenant on or before the Target Commencement Date, with Landlord’s Work Substantially Completed (“Delivery” or “Deliver”).
