Target Completion definition

Target Completion means that all of the following have occurred with respect to the Facility: (i) Cool Down has been completed for System 1 and System 2; (ii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and precommissioning checks of all of the vaporizers for the Facility to ensure that all such vaporizers and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement, and thirteen vaporizers have been operated to their rated capacity; (iii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and pre-commissioning checks and tests of System 1 and System 2 to ensure that these Systems and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement; and (iv) System 1 and System 2 collectively achieve a Sendout Rate of 2,000 MMSCFD or above at a temperature of no less than 40°F and at a pressure of no less than 1,250 PSIG, as measured at the exit for the main Facility transfer meter, for a continuous period of a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours.
Target Completion. While development will be ongoing, Curator will work to ensure that the Project remains on schedule for the exhibit to open in March 2024.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if and to the extent Provider is delayed in completing any Committed Build-Outs by a Force Majeure event, then the Target Completion Date applicable thereto shall be extended for a period of time equal to that during which such obligations of Provider were delayed by such events.

  • Gatherer shall provide Producer notice promptly upon Gatherer’s becoming aware of any reason to believe that it may not be able to connect a Required Connection Well to the Gathering System by the Target Completion Date therefor or to otherwise complete all facilities necessary to provide the full scope of Services with respect to all Dedicated Gas from such Well by the Target Completion Date therefor.

Related to Target Completion

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Completion means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Tests on Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contract or agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Project Commissioning means the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures defined in the RfS/PPA.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.
