Target Equity definition

Target Equity means, collectively, 100% of the equity interest of each Target Entity.
Target Equity means 60% of the equity interests in the Target Company, represented by RMB735.948 million in the registered capital of the Target Company as of the date hereof.
Target Equity means 51% of the equity interests in Newco after the Target Assets and Target Businesses have been transferred to Newco.
