Target Hours definition

Target Hours has the meaning given to it in Schedule 5 (Pricing and Payment Mechanism);
Target Hours means an average of twenty-seven (27) Classroom-based Learner Hours per Young Person per week in a Payment Period (as further detailed in CDI 1C of Schedule 6 (Performance Management, Contract Delivery Indicators and Management Reporting).
Target Hours means the difference between the total hours in a Month for which the Facility is Dispatched and the total number of hours for which there was a Permitted Unavailability or an occurrence of Force Majeure during the said hours the Facility was Dispatched.

  • A new timetable and supporting regime will be implemented by the Authority by giving written notice to the Contractor of the requirement to transition to the delivery of the Target Hours ("Ramp-Up") for classroom-based education twelve (12) weeks prior to the required implementation completion date in accordance with Schedule 5 (Pricing and Payment Mechanism) (the "Ramp-Up Period").

  • Further, the delivery of the Target Hours will be reliant upon a switch to a new Core Day by the Custodial Operator in YOIs. It is the intention of the Authority that in the Initial Period, all Young People are timetabled to receive fifteen (15) hours of education per week.

  • Partner will provide Fellow with a reasonably consistent schedule during the Service Term so that Fellow can fulfill his or her Target Hours.

Related to Target Hours

  • Market Hours means the hours during which we are prepared to provide quotes for Our Price and execute Trades and Orders in a Market, as further specified in the Market Information.

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Hours As used herein, the term "Hours" shall mean sequential sixty (60) minute time frames.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Kilowatt-hour or “kWh” shall mean three decimal six million (3.6 10E6) Joule

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Labor hours means the total hours of workers receiving an hourly wage who are directly employed on the site of a building improvement or public works project. "Labor hours" includes hours performed by workers employed by the general contractor and all subcontractors working on the project. "Labor hours" does not include hours worked by foremen, superintendents, project managers, project engineers, and owners.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Contact hour means an hour of training received through direct instruction.

  • Target means Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • After Hours means any time that falls outside the Parties’ normal Business Hours;

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Target Operating Day any day that is not (a) a Saturday or Sunday, (b) Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or (c) any other day on which the Trans-European Real-time Gross Settlement Operating System (or any successor settlement system) is not operating (as determined by the Administrative Agent).

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.
