Employee shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus in accordance with the Company's existing bonus program, with such bonus to be determined based on Company achieving its targeted operating income for the applicable fiscal year (the "Target Income") as set forth in Company's annual budget for such fiscal year prepared by management and approved by the Board.
