TARGET NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS definition

TARGET NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS means 14,000 plus the product of (x) 175 and (y) the number of 30-day periods elapsed from February 15, 1998 to the earlier of (A) the Closing Date and (B) May 15, 1998 (pro rated for any partial periods of less than 30 days).
TARGET NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS means 21,719 subscribers if the Closing occurs prior to the end of the normal billing cycle of the Cellular Systems for January, 1997; or if the Closing occurs after the end of the January, 1997 billing cycle, but prior to the end of the February, 1997 billing cycle, 22,119 subscribers; or if the Closing occurs after the end of the February, 1997 billing cycle but prior to the end of the March, 1997 billing cycle, 22,619 subscribers; or if the Closing occurs after the end of the March, 1997, billing cycle but prior to the end of the April, 1997 billing cycle, 23,219 subscribers.
TARGET NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS means 3,570 plus the product of 100 times the number of 30 day periods elapsed from July 9, 1997 to the Closing (pro rated for any partial periods of less than 30 days).

More Definitions of TARGET NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS

TARGET NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS for each month means the number of ending subscribers for such month set forth on Schedule 5.04(A) hereto. Actual ending subscribers shall include all customers for the retail services of the Cellular Systems whose accounts are current within 90 days and who have subscribed under subscriber rate plans established in the ordinary course of business prior to the Closing Date.

  • Number of Shares means a number of shares calculated as follows: Par / Geared Put Strike LPU rounded down to the nearest round lot as permitted by the Exchange for trading purposes, and the remaining fractional share amount (being the “Residual Amount”) shall be paid in USD as the Cash Residual; and

  • Number of Warrants means, for a Warrant Certificate, the “Number of Warrants” specified on the face of such Warrant Certificate (or, in the case of a Global Warrant, on Schedule A to such Warrant Certificate), subject to adjustment pursuant to Article 5.

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.

  • Number of Option Shares means shares of Stock, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 9.

  • Average Active Subscriber Base means the number arrived by averaging the active subscriber base count in the manner specified in the Schedule VII of the Regulation.

  • Card Number means the 16-digit number on the front of your Card.

  • voter ID number means a unique, randomly generated numeric identifier allocated to each voter by the Returning Officer for the purpose of e-voting,

  • CT number means the number used to represent the x-ray attenuation associated with each elemental area of the CT image.

  • Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").

  • Minimum Transaction Size means the minimum value of subsequent subscriptions,

  • Maximum Number of Shares is defined in Section 2.1.4.

  • Automatic Number Identification or "ANI" means a Feature Group D signaling parameter which refers to the number transmitted through a network identifying the billing number of the calling party.

  • Batch number means a unique numeric or alphanumeric identifier assigned prior to any testing to allow for inventory tracking and traceability.

  • Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.

  • Number or "Identifier" means any number, IP address, e-mail address or other identifier provisioned by Carriers, their agents or the Equipment manufacturer to be used with Service.

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Share Volume Maximum means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, a number of shares of Common Stock equal to (i) the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Share Amount properly directed by the Company to be purchased by the Investor in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice for such Additional Accelerated Purchase, divided by (ii) the Additional Accelerated Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Prefunded Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Prefunded Warrants.

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • Minimum Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04.

  • Threshold Price is the lowest price (except to the extent otherwise provided in Section 2.6) at which the Company may sell Shares during the applicable Pricing Period as set forth in a Fixed Request Notice (not taking into account the applicable percentage discount during such Pricing Period determined in accordance with Section 2.2); provided, however, that at no time shall the Threshold Price be lower than $3.00 per share unless the Company and the Investor mutually shall agree.

  • Applicable Share Limit means a number of Shares equal to (A) the minimum number of Shares that could give rise to reporting or registration obligations or other requirements (including obtaining prior approval from any person or entity) of a Dealer Person, or could result in an adverse effect on a Dealer Person, under any Applicable Restriction, as determined by Dealer in its reasonable discretion, minus (B) 1% of the number of Shares outstanding.

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.
