A leverage event (a “Leverage Event”) will occur if, (i) on any Business Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent, the ratio of the Strategy Portfolio Amount to the Target Portfolio Amount is less than 0.80; or (ii) on a Wednesday of each week, or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, on the immediately following Business Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent, the ratio of the Strategy Portfolio Amount to the Target Portfolio Amount is less than 1.20.
However in addition there will be a cap of 25% of the Target Portfolio Amount on any series of ABS issues issued by one issuer, and to any one originator/servicer.
