Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage definition

Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage means, for each Determination Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Spread Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.
Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage means (a) with respect to the February 2015 Payment Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of (i) the Excess Spread Percentage for the Monthly Period relating to the January 2015 Payment Date and (ii) the Excess Spread Percentage for the Monthly Period relating to the February 2015 Payment Date and the denominator of which is two and (b) with respect to the March 2015 Payment Date and each Payment Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Spread Percentages determined with respect to the Monthly Periods relating to such Payment Date and the immediately preceding two Payment Dates and the denominator of which is three.
Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the average of the current Excess Spread Percentage and the Excess Spread Percentages associated with the two immediately preceding Monthly Periods.
