Target Region means the region to which Long Term Access is granted to a DIC, without identified beneficiaries in the said region;

Target Region means the region to which a Generating Station proposes to sell power after obtaining Long-term Access from the Central Transmission Utility and for which beneficiaries in the said region have not been identified;

• To the extent that Parent or an Affiliate of Parent requires the Surviving Corporation to manage or operate (A) a business or (B) another Affiliate that operates outside of the Target Region, any increase in net income of the Parent or such Affiliate of Parent attributable to such managed or operated business or other Affiliate shall be credited to the Surviving Corporation for purposes of Section 1.7(a) hereof.

• The Group’s staff selects parts of modern agricultural technologies and adopt them to specific conditions of the Target Region.

• I understand that this choice is irrevocable, provided, however, that in the event that, in the opinion of Management, suitable investments can not be found in the Designated Target Region within a period of _______________, I may either select a new Designated Target Region or select an alternate existing Designated Target Region for the reallocation of my investment.

• I understand that Management will endeavor to invest in private placement debt securities within my Designated Target Region, but there is no guarantee that Management will be able to do so.
