Target Service Availability Date definition

Target Service Availability Date means, in relation to each New Project Facility, the date shown as the Target Service Availability Date in Schedule Part 4 (Project Facilities) or such later date as may be allowed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; Tender Costs has the meaning given to it in Clause 43 (Definitions);

  • Final Availability Date means the earlier of the Revolving Termination Date and one (1) Business Day prior to the date specified in clause (a) of the definition of Revolving Termination Date.
