Target Specifications definition

Target Specifications means the target Specifications set out in Schedule 1, including “Target Specifications 1” and “Target Specifications 2” specified therein.
Target Specifications means non-binding target specifications --------------------- for a Product established by the Parties in connection with a Development Plan for such Product, including without limitation, the properties listed on Exhibit A hereto.
Target Specifications means specifications, including those as to functionality, performance, interoperability and functional features designed to enhance reliability, for the 5 Product and the design of the Product set forth in Exhibit C and in the documents referred to therein.

Examples of Target Specifications in a sentence

  • Fe% Target Specifications = means the applicable iron content of Fe set forth in Attachment I hereto.

  • The Company and Fujitsu hereby agree that the specifications attached hereto as Appendix 3 shall be the Final Specifications for all purposes of the Development Agreement, in replacement of and substitution for the Target Specifications.

  • However, if the Product meets the Target Specifications 1, but does not meet the Target Specifications 2 entirely, Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Product.

  • If Kenwood determines that the Target Specifications contain errors or have omissions, or that the Target Specifications could be modified to produce a more desirable product (i.e., more reliable, less expensive, more tolerant to environmental conditions), Kenwood shall promptly notify InterDigital in that regard.

  • InterDigital and Kenwood shall work cooperatively to address any errors, omissions or enhancements regarding the Target Specifications.


More Definitions of Target Specifications

Target Specifications means the Target Specification 1 and the Target Specification 2. “Term” has the meaning given in Clause 4.1.
Target Specifications means the specifications prepared by InterDigital and mutually agreed to by InterDigital and Kenwood for the development and manufacture of the Working Sample.
Target Specifications means the target Specifications set out in Schedule 1.
Target Specifications means those specifications set forth on Exhibit A which represent a goal and do not represent a binding commitment by either party.

Related to Target Specifications

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.
