TARP Funding definition
TARP Funding means the sale of non-voting senior preferred stock and associated warrants (or other debt or equity securities) to the U.S. Department of Treasury pursuant to its Capital Purchase Program adopted pursuant to the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008.
Examples of TARP Funding in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the rights granted pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to any rights granted to the United States Department of Treasury pursuant to any TARP Funding (as such term is defined in the Merger Agreement).
