Task and Finish Group means a Sub-Committee established by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee for a specific purpose and known as a Task and Finish Group;
Task and Finish Group means a small, multi- party team of members drawn from across the Council, without executive powers but appointed by the Policy and Resources Select Committee, in consultation with the Cabinet, to undertake cross-cutting scrutiny policy development work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.
