Task Order Agreement definition

Task Order Agreement. (TO Agreement) means a signed agreement between DoIT and the Contractor selected via either a TORFP or an RFR to perform services, equipment and/or software under a Task Order.
Task Order Agreement. (TO Agreement) means a signed contract between DoIT and the Contractor selected via a TORFP to perform a TO Agreement.
Task Order Agreement. (TOA or TO Agreement) means a signed contract between the Department and the Contractor selected via a TORFP to perform a TO Agreement.

Related to Task Order Agreement

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order.   • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.

  • User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
