Tasks to be Performed definition

Tasks to be Performed means the specific activities enumerated in the Performance Schedule and Timetable which the CHDO must undertake.

Examples of Tasks to be Performed in a sentence

  • City’s City Manager shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by Consultant, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to be Performed or change the compensation due to Consultant.

  • Training Required  Medical Clearance & Fit Testing  Biosecurity Training  Current Driver’s License  ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 & 800 Tasks to be Performed  Perform cleaning for ongoing biosecurity measures on premise(s).

  • Training Required  Medical Clearance & Fit Testing  Biosecurity Training  Current Driver’s License  ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 & 800 Tasks to be Performed  Create a site-specific biosecurity plan and submit it to the Incident Commander for approval.

  • CITY’s City Manager shall be designated as the Agency Manager and shall represent CITY in all matters pertaining to the administration of this AGREEMENT and review and approval of all products submitted by CONSULTANT, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to be Performed or change the compensation due to CONSULTANT.

  • The District’s General Manager shall be authorized to act on District's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to be Performed or change City's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.

  • The Town Manager shall be authorized to act on Town’s behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to be Performed or change Consultant’s compensation, subject to Section 4 hereof.

  • Additional Tasks to be Performed by Artisan Standard Cell [***] Verification Artisan and National shall agree in writing to use a specific version of a [***] Check ("DRC") program and runset for the standard cell deliverables listed in Exhibit 3 below before Artisan commences work hereunder.

  • City’s City Manager shall be authorized to act on City’s behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to be Performed or change Consultant’s compensation, subject to Section 6 hereof.

  • District's Operations Manager shall represent District in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by City, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to be Performed or change the compensation due to City.

  • Training Required  Medical Clearance & Fit Testing  Biosecurity Training  Current Driver’s License  ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 & 800 Tasks to be Performed  Identify services: dead stock haulers (transportation), heavy equipment operators, disposal/treatment sites, material suppliers, PPE, other disposal equipment.
