Tax Affairs definition

Tax Affairs means affairs relating to any tax imposed by or under, or assessed or collected under, a law administered by the Commissioner);
Tax Affairs means the Tax affairs of the Target Companies for which the Seller is responsible under this Paragraph 12;
Tax Affairs means affairs relating to any tax imposed by or under, or assessed or collected under, a law administered by the Commissioner Of Taxation (including income and payroll tax, GST and PAYG withholding).

  • Pre-Closing Tax Affairs means the Tax affairs of an Acquired Company for which Purchaser is responsible under clause 7.1.
