Tax Agency definition

Tax Agency means any governmental agency dealing with the administration or the collection of Taxes.
Tax Agency means the United States Internal Revenue Service (the "IRS") or any other federal, foreign, state or local taxing authority.
Tax Agency has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(a).
