Tax Covenants definition

Tax Covenants means the covenants of the Company contained in Section 6.10 of this Agreement.
Tax Covenants means with respect to Tax-Exempt Obligations, the covenants of the District to comply with the Code to ensure the initial and continued exclusion from gross income for federal income tax purposes of the interest on such Bonds.
