Tax Funding Agreement definition

Tax Funding Agreement means a tax funding agreement between the members of a Tax Consolidated Group which includes:
Tax Funding Agreement means the BHP Billiton Tax Funding Agreement or the Rio Tinto Tax Funding Agreement (as appropriate).
Tax Funding Agreement means the tax funding agreement contemplated by Section 4.26.

More Definitions of Tax Funding Agreement

Tax Funding Agreement means the agreement between the Company and each Australian tax resident Company Subsidiary dated July 24, 2016, under which a party may be required to pay an amount to or be entitled to receive an amount from another party calculated by reference to Tax that is administered by an Australian fiscal Governmental Authority.
Tax Funding Agreement means the tax funding agreement contemplated by the covenant described under “Certain Covenants—Valid Tax Agreements”.
Tax Funding Agreement means any agreement where a member of a Consolidated Group may be required to pay an amount or be entitled to receive an amount calculated by reference to a Group Liability, but excluding a Tax Sharing Agreement;
