Tax Period(s) definition

Tax Period(s) means any tax period for which the statute of limitations period, including waiver period, has not expired as of the date of acceptance of this contract. Tax Matrix’s services for additional Tax Periods may be extended at the option of the Client.

Related to Tax Period(s)

  • Tax Period means, with respect to any Tax, the period for which the Tax is reported as provided under the Code or other applicable Tax Law.
