TAX REGIME definition

TAX REGIME means the permanent regime for the taxation of securitisation companies established pursuant to the Finance Act 2005 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ons made thereunder, in each case as amended from time to time; SERIES means, subject to CONDITION 15, in relation to the Notes, all Notes (of any Class) issued on a given day and designated as such;
TAX REGIME means the permanent regime for the taxation of securitisation companies established pursuant to the Finance ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the regulations made thereunder;
TAX REGIME means the tax regime established in accordance with the provisions of Articles 18 to 22 hereof and which forms an integral part hereof.
