Taxi-cab Broker definition
Taxi-cab Broker means a person who accepts a request by telephone, on-line enabled application, internet or other electronic means for and dispatches a Taxi-cab Service where the Taxi-cab is owned by someone other than that person, his or her immediate family or the person’s employer. For greater certainty, a person who enters into a contract or arrangement with an Owner or Driver who provides or will provide Taxi-cab Services through the person’s on-line enabled application or internet site shall be deemed to be a person who accepts a request and dispatches a Taxi-cab Service;
