TBL Charter definition

TBL Charter means that certain demise charter between Shipowner and TECO Barge Line providing for the demise charter by TECO Barge Line from Shipowner of certain xxxxx water Vessels, as originally executed or as modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with the applicable provisions thereof.

  • Company Charter means the certificate of incorporation of the Company, as amended.
