T&D Guarantor definition
T&D Guarantor means [ ] and its successors and permitted assigns under a guaranty delivered to the Provider pursuant to Section 16.2 of this Agreement.
T&D Guarantor means Emera Inc. and its successors and permitted assigns under a guaranty delivered to the Provider pursuant to Section 16.2 of this Agreement.
T&D Guarantor means Avangrid, Inc. and its successors and permitted assigns under a guaranty delivered to the Provider pursuant to Section 17.2 of this Agreement.
