Teacher Performance. The assessment of a teacher, during the evaluation cycle, which is based upon the educator professional standards, and reported using the rubric contained in Appendix B. As an evaluation factor, the teacher holistic rating is based on direct observations of a teacher’s practice (including materials and other instruction artifacts) and walkthroughs that are performed by a credentialed evaluator. Teacher performance results are reported as a teacher’s final holistic rating.

Teacher Performance is determined by using the Teacher Performance Evaluation Rubric consisting of indicators based on the Ohio Standards for the Teaching Profession. The evaluation process requires the evaluator to use evidence gathered in a variety of avenues (professional growth or improvement plan, observations, walkthroughs, and conferences) to determine a teacher performance rating.   • Non-Performing Party The Party who is in breach of, or is otherwise failing to perform, its obligations under this Agreement.
