TEAM LECTURER shall be defined as an individual responsible for a portion of a course as part of a team in a team-taught course.
Lecturer means a member of the staff of the University College who is, in terms of appointment, a professor, an associate professor, senior lecturer, lecturer, assistant lecturer, or tutorial assistant, or a person who holds any other teaching post which the Council has recognized as a post having academic status in the University College;
Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;
Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.
Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.
Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Teacher means teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, school employees, contractors, and other administrators.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Student teaching means a supervised teaching practice occurring near the end of an applicant's approved program.
Relationship Manager means the individual who is appointed by us from time to time and notified to you in writing as your relationship manager in relation to the relevant services provided to you under these Terms and/or provided by our Associate;
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Network Provider means a provider of health care, or a group of providers of health care, which has entered into a written agreement with the issuer to provide benefits insured under a Medicare Select policy.

Non-Network Provider means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

Political fundraising committee means a "political fundraising committee" as defined in MCC Ch. 2-156, as amended.

Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Customer Service Representative (or "CSR") shall mean any person employed with or under contract or subcontract to a Cable Operator to assist, or provide service to, customers, whether by telephone, writing service or installation orders, answering customers' questions in person, receiving and processing payments, or performing any other customer service-related tasks.
Principal Investigator means the Personnel who is identified as principally responsible for the performance and supervision of research associated with a Contract.
Project Developer means Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium submitting the Bid. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/ Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require”;
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.
