Team Salary definition

Team Salary means, with respect to a Salary Cap Year, the sum of all Salaries attributable to a Team’s active and former players plus other amounts as computed in accordance with Article VII, less applicable credit amounts as computed in accordance with Article VII.
Team Salary means the Team’s aggregate Salary for Salary Cap purposes, as calculated in accordance with the rules set forth in Article 13.

Examples of Team Salary in a sentence

  • It is acknowledged that mileage stipends have been incorporated into the District Management Team Salary Schedule effective January 1, 2022, that covers travel to District colleges and District educational sites.

  • For purposes of calculating Team Salary, with respect to any Player Contract that is assigned, the assignee Team shall, upon assignment, have included in its Team Salary the entire Salary for the then-current Salary Cap Year and for all future Salary Cap Years.

  • STEP 1: Subtract from ten (10) the number of players included in Team Salary.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, any Team that ceases operations prior to the conclusion of a WNBA Season shall not be required to meet the Minimum Team Salary obligation.

  • From February 1 until the day prior to the first day of the next Regular Season, a Team may enter into Player Contracts that will not be included in Team Salary until the first day of such Regular Season (i.e., the player will be deemed not to have any Salary until the first day of such Regular Season), provided that such Contracts satisfy the requirements of this Section 2(g) (a “Training Camp Contract”).

  • A Team’s Team Salary may not exceed the Salary Cap at any time unless the Team is using one of the Exceptions set forth in Section 4 below.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Qualifying Offers and Rookie Tenders that, if signed by the player would become Training Camp Contracts, shall not be included in Team Salary from January 1 until the day prior to the first day of the next Regular Season.

  • Amount of Salary Cap, League-wide Guarantee and Minimum Team Salary.

  • Any player transac- tions (e.g., signings, waivers, terminations) occuring during the period between July 25, 2011 and the effective date of this Agreement shall be deemed to have taken place dur- ing the 2011 League Year for Team Salary and Cash Spending purposes.

  • For Preexisting Contracts and Player Contracts entered into after July 25, 2011 and before the end of the 2011 League Year, any required signing bonus acceleration after the effective date of this Agreement and before the end of the 2011 League Year shall be charged to Team Salary for the 2012 League Year.

Related to Team Salary

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one (1) day prior to the Change of Control; and (ii) the average of the Incentive Bonus paid (or payable) for the three (3) most recently completed fiscal years of the Company.

  • Salary as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Target Bonus has the meaning described in Section 4(b).

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.
