Team Use Agreement means the agreement to be entered into by StadCo and TeamCo in connection with TeamCo’s and the Team’s use of the Premises, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, restated, renewed or extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. • StadCo shall ensure throughout the Term of this Agreement that the Team Use Agreement complies in all respects with the Act, does not conflict with this Agreement or any other Project Document and in no way diminishes, limits or otherwise modifies the rights, privileges, abilities or benefits of the Authority set forth in this Agreement or those of any party in any other Project Document.

• StadCo shall ensure throughout the Term that the Team Use Agreement complies in all respects with the Act, does not conflict with this Agreement or any other Project Document, and in no way diminishes, limits or otherwise modifies the rights, privileges, abilities or benefits of the Authority set forth in this Agreement or those of any party in any other Project Document.
