Techakraisri Initial Payment definition
Techakraisri Initial Payment means Cash in the amount of $100,000.00 to be deposited into the IOLTA account of Sorapoj Techakraisri’s counsel no later than one (1) day prior to the Confirmation Hearing and paid to the Creditor Trust on the Effective Date.
