Techakraisri Payment means Cash in the amount of $1,000,000 paid by Sorapoj Techakraisri to the Creditor Trust consisting of the Techakraisri Initial Payment, Techakraisri Second Payment, and Techakraisri Third Payment.

  • Any Additional Potential Recoveries shall be immediately applied to the outstanding balance of the Techakraisri Payment.

  • Retained Causes of Action thereafter shall remain the sole property of the Reorganized Debtors, and any proceeds therefrom shall be the property of the Reorganized Debtors except as otherwise provided in the Plan with respect to Additional Potential Recoveries to satisfy the Techakraisri Payment, and subject to such exceptions, may be used and disbursed by the Reorganized Debtors without restriction.
