Technical assistance documents means documents prepared to provide information specified in (a) of this subsection that is la- beled a technical assistance document by the department. Technical as- sistance documents do not include ((notices of correction, viola- tion,)) correction requests or civil or criminal enforcement actions. "Correction request" means a notice of violation or a notice of cor- rection as defined in chapter 43.05 RCW.
