Technical assistance team definition

Technical assistance team means the group of persons established by the division of criminal justice pursuant to section 16-13-906 to assist local law enforcement in carrying out community notification and to provide general community education concerning sex offenders.
Technical assistance team means the early childhood Iowa office in the department of management and identified personnel from the state departments of economic development, education, human rights, human services, public health, and workforce development that provide the day-to-day operational work of local- and state-level early childhood Iowa and support to the state board.
Technical assistance team means the team referred to in paragraph A.1(b) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
