Technical assistance team definition
Technical assistance team means the group of persons established by the division of criminal justice pursuant to section 16-13-906 to assist local law enforcement in carrying out community notification and to provide general community education concerning sex offenders.
Technical assistance team means the early childhood Iowa office in the department of management and identified personnel from the state departments of economic development, education, human rights, human services, public health, and workforce development that provide the day-to-day operational work of local- and state-level early childhood Iowa and support to the state board.
Technical assistance team means the team referred to in paragraph A.1(b) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Technical assistance team means a group of subject matter experts in Stormwater and/or Urban Runoff infrastructure design, hydrology, soils, Nature-Based Solutions, green infrastructure, Stormwater and/or Urban Runoff quality, water supply, recreation, open space, community needs, and other related areas, provided by the District to assist Infrastructure Program Project Applicants and others, as part of the Technical Resources Program.
