Technical Drawer means an employee engaged as such, who in the performance of their duties prepares stencils or films for screen printing by tracing or working from master sketches or similar art work or designs.

Contract Drawings means only those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.
Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.
