technical glitch means anything technical but excluding lack of data and internet connectivity where the attendee is located
technical glitch means any malfunction of the Member’s systems including malfunction in its hardware or software or any products/services provided by the Member, whether on account of any inadequacy or non-availability of infrastructure/ network/ other systems or otherwise, which may lead to business disruption.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
