Technical Memoranda definition

Technical Memoranda means the memoranda prepared by the Coordination Committee that include the data and methodologies for assumptions described in Water Code section 10727.6 to prepare coordinated plans. Individually, the memoranda shall be referred to as a “Technical Memorandum.”
