Technical Operations definition

Technical Operations means outpatient imaging centers and/or radiation oncology centers, hospital radiology departments, mobile imaging services or any other operations utilizing facilities or equipment owned or managed by Administrator, Parent or any of their Affiliates, or in which Administrator, Parent or any of their Affiliates hold or own an ownership or equity interest in, and which generate Technical Revenues.
Technical Operations means operations pertaining exclusively to the technical aspects of the provided Service and the provision of information about the provided Service, including information about payments (already paid fees and outstanding fees) between the Client and the Provider. The scope and nature of available Technical operations are determined exclusively by the Provider. Technical operations shall not be any legal acts pertaining to the validity and effect of the Contract, duration of the Contract, nature of the provided Services, the price of Services (Remuneration), amendments to the Contract, changes of the General Terms or any other dispositional acts regarding the Contract. Appointment of an Account manager or Other authorized person is not deemed to be a Technical operation.
Technical Operations. TEAM shall mean the committee established and conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 10.3.

  • Commercial Operations Upon satisfaction of the following conditions, the Facility shall be considered to have achieved Commercial Operations on the Day specified in Seller's written notice described below: (i) the Acceptance Test has been passed, (ii) all generating units have passed Control System Acceptance Tests, (iii) the Transfer Date has occurred, (iv) Seller has (1) provided to Company the Required Models (as defined in Section 6(a) (Seller's Obligation to Provide Models) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller)) in the form of Source Code, (2) placed the current version of the Source Code for the Required Models with the Source Code Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(i)(A) (Establishment of Source Code Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), or (3) if Seller is unable to arrange for the placement of the appropriate Source Code into the Source Code Escrow account, placed the required funds with the Monetary Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(ii)(A) (Establishment of Monetary Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), and (v) Seller provides Company with written notice that (aa) Seller is ready to declare the Commercial Operations Date and (bb) the Commercial Operations Date will occur within 24 hours (i.e., the next Day).

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;

  • Technical Manager means Navios ShipManagement Inc., a company incorporated in the Xxxxxxxx Islands and having its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX00000 or any other person appointed by an Owner, with the prior written consent of the Agent, as the technical manager of the relevant Mortgaged Vessel;

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Operational means that the system or sensor, at the time of the event, is active or can be activated/deactivated by the driver.

  • Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • technical service means an organisation or body designated by the approval authority of a Member State as a testing laboratory to carry out tests, or as a conformity assessment body to carry out the initial assessment and other tests or inspections, on behalf of the approval authority, it being possible for the approval authority itself to carry out those functions;

  • Operations Manager is defined in Section 4.8(a).

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.
