Technical Person definition

Technical Person means a Civil Engineer or a Mechanical Engineer or an Electrical Engineer or a Town Planner or a Surveyor or any other person having specialized skills, which are required for planning, development and construction of buildings and who is not registered under provisions of any Act, Rules or Regulation;
