Technical Provider definition

Technical Provider means the operator that performs certain technical and operational functions in relation to our services, including the operation of Platform which connects the customers with Paynetics.
Technical Provider means a third party service provider that i) acts on your or your firm’s behalf; ii) manages any technical platform that allows access to credit report data; and iii) takes possession of FCRA or GLB protected data directly from CIN LEGAL’s online systems.

Examples of Technical Provider in a sentence

  • Allied Universal or a Technical Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to support the HELIAUS Services, and maintain its accessibility for Client during the subscription term; provided, however that Allied Universal makes no representation of availability of the HELIAUS Services.

  • Any ideas, suggestions, guidance, content, or other information disclosed by Client to Allied Universal or the Technical Provider related to the, HELIAUS Services and the Customization Services, and any intellectual property rights relating to the foregoing shall be collectively deemed “Feedback”.

  • All other information or data not specifically identified herein, regardless of whether Customer may have access to such data, remains the property of or is assigned to Allied Universal or the Technical Provider .Allied Universal shall have the right to delete any stored data from its systems after one-hundred and twenty (120) days have passed from the date on which the data was first generated, unless a separate written agreement has been entered into by the parties.

  • End User agrees that any Technical Provider used thereby shall be required to maintain a comprehensive information security program written in one or more readily accessible parts and that contains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are appropriate to Technical Provider’s size and complexity, the nature and scope of its activities, and the sensitivity of the Information provided to it hereunder.

  • End User agrees that any Technical Provider used thereby shall be required to comply with all requirements set forth in the Reseller Security Certification Policy (Attachment 2 to Experian’s General Reseller Policy and Procedures).

  • End User agrees that any Technical Provider used thereby shall be required to: (a) report any change of location, control, or ownership to Reseller.

  • In the event of termination or expiration of the Security Agreement or the underlying Technical Provider Agreement(s), for any reason, Allied Universal shall have no obligation to ensure and/or provide continuation of the Consulting Services and/or such terms under which same are being provided.

  • Medical provider means a medical service provider, a hospital, a medical clinic, or a vendor of medical services.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.
