Technical Release No. 55 definition
Technical Release No. 55 or "TR-55" means a watershed hydrology model developed by the US Soil Conservation Service (now US Natural Resources Conservation Service) used to calculate runoff volumes and provide a simplified routing for storm events through ponds.
