Techno-commercial Offer definition
Techno-commercial Offer means the proposal submitted by the Bidder in response to the technical and commercial part of the bid document, except the Price Offer.
Techno-commercial Offer means theproposal submitted by the Bidder in response to the RFP part of the document, except the Price Offer.
Techno-commercial Offer means the documents and information submitted by Bidders as part of their Bids pursuant to Clause 6.10.3 hereof.
