Technology Information definition

Technology Information means confidential, non-public technology information, technical data, know-how and other information or materials controlled by Sublicensor during the term of this Agreement that is necessary for the development and/or use of the Licensed Products which is provided to Sublicensee by or at the direction of Sublicensor.
Technology Information has the meaning set forth in Section 13.4.
Technology Information shall have the meaning set out in the recitals, and, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include the Specifications and Know-How Book.

More Definitions of Technology Information

Technology Information means all information relating to technology owned, licensed or otherwise controlled by the disclosing Party, including, without limitation: all technical knowledge, data, data model(s), inventions, discoveries, product designs, capabilities and specifications, processes, procedures and concepts, including those incorporated in or manifested or represented by any product; all computer programs (both source and object codes), their organization, structure, sequence, logic, coherence, look and feel, subroutines, algorithms, formulas, design, concept and know-how; all written materials, instruction manuals, blueprints, schematic drawings, technical and/or design specifications, and design criteria; and all unpublished or draft patent applications, and all disclosures and other information contained therein.
Technology Information means the technical documents listed in Exhibit D), the Licensee shall proceed to examine such information based on Exhibit D and notify Valence within three days. If the Licensee discovers any Technology Information that fails to conform to the documents listed in Exhibit D, Valence shall explain, supplement or replace the same within 20 days from receipt notice from the Licensee. Within 20 days after the Technology Information conforms to requirements, the Licensee shall issue and send to Valence a Verification Certificate.   • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Directory information means information contained in an education record of a student which would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. It includes, but is not limited to: the student’s name, address, telephone listing, electronic mail address, photograph, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, grade level, enrollment status (i.e., full-time or part-time), participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, degrees, honors and awards received, and the most recent educational agency or institution attended. It also includes the name, address, and telephone number of the student’s parent(s). Directory information does not include:

  • Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
