TEF Wireless Properties definition

TEF Wireless Properties means all the current Interests in Wireless Properties, directly or indirectly held by the TEF Group and which are listed in Exhibit IV to the Subscription Agreement, together with (a) any Further Interest in a Wireless Property acquired by the TEF Group as set forth in Section 1.6.4 of this Agreement, and (b) the shares of Telesp Celular Participações, S.A. that the TEF Group will acquire in accordance with Section 1.8 of the Subscription Agreement.

Related to TEF Wireless Properties

  • Business Property means property on which a business is conducted, property rented in whole or in part to others, or held for rental.

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.

  • Business Products means all products and service offerings of the Business that are or have been, in the two year period prior to the date hereof, made or are currently intended to be made commercially available or otherwise provided or distributed, or under development primarily for the Business, by, for or on behalf of Seller or any of its Affiliates.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.

  • broadcasting station means a station in the broadcasting service.

  • Wireless provider means a wireless infrastructure provider or a wireless services provider.
