Telecommunications Carriers definition

Telecommunications Carriers. Forum means the New Zealand Telecommunications Carriers' Forum or its successor body.
Telecommunications Carriers means Persons engaged in the business of providing telephone Internet, and data services to both business and consumer markets.

Upgrades incorporate all Updates as well as all fixes for known errors.
