Telecommunications Charges definition

Telecommunications Charges means all charges for telephone, internet, cable and other similar utilities and services specifically provided to or made available to the Leased Premises during the Term; and
Telecommunications Charges means any duty, levy, surcharge, fee, or similar payable that is due to any governmental (other than a tax authority), or collecting society or agency, by reason of telecommunications regulatory law or other law.
Telecommunications Charges means the Activation Charges and the Recurring Charges and any other charges set out in Schedule 3 or otherwise payable hereunder;

Examples of Telecommunications Charges in a sentence

  • Supplier will clearly identify Telecommunications Surcharges on its invoices to GM, and will keep Telecommunications Charges separate from Taxes.

  • GM will not be responsible for (and Supplier may not charge GM for) any Telecommunications Charges that are not provided in this manner from Supplier to the GM.

  • The Customer will pay the Contractor, via electronic funds transfer, all Telecommunications Charges and any other Charges specified in a monthly invoice, within 14 days of receipt of that invoice.
