Telecommunications Circuit definition

Telecommunications Circuit means a circuit that allows that transmission of TCP/IP data;
Telecommunications Circuit includes any means of telecommunications capable of facilitating such a circuit.

Telecommunications Circuit means a circuit that allows that transmission of TCP/IP data; and, "Terminating Device" means a router that is used to terminate the Circuit and present connectivity through a single Fast/ Gig Ethernet port to the customers network (normally via a firewall).
