Telecommunications Related Assets definition

Telecommunications Related Assets means all assets, rights (contractual or otherwise) and properties, whether tangible or intangible, used or intended for use in connection with a Telecommunications Business.
Telecommunications Related Assets means all assets, rights (contractual or otherwise) and properties, whether tangible or intangible, real or personal, used or to be used, in connection with a Telecommunications Business.

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:
