Execulink agrees that installation and construction of Execulink’s Wire, Execulink’s Telecommunications Equipment and Telecommunications Spaces shall be performed: (i) in accordance with applicable industry standards as well as the Licensor finishing standards; (ii) strictly consistent with such reasonable requirements as shall be required by the Licensor and communicated in advance to Execulink in writing; and (iii) in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
