Telecommunications Spaces definition

Telecommunications Spaces means Telecommunications and Cable pathways through the rooftop and in, on, over, or under the Building, installed or used for deployment of Telecommunications Equipment, In-Building Wire and Inside Wire;
Telecommunications Spaces meaning the telecommunications and cable pathways through the rooftop and in, on, over, or under the Building, installed or used for deployment of Telecommunications Equipment.

Examples of Telecommunications Spaces in a sentence

  • No installation of the Telecommunications Equipment or modifications to the Telecommunications Rooms and Telecommunications Spaces will commence until the Licensor has approved same.

  • Licensee will repair any damage to the Building, Telecommunications Spaces and any other property owned by the Licensor or by any lessee or other licensee of the Licensor or by any other occupant of the Building where such damage is caused by the negligent acts or wilful misconduct of Licensee or any of its agents, representatives, employees, contractors, subcontractors, or invitees.

  • Telecommunications Service is as defined in the Act.
