Telecommunications Subsidiary definition

Telecommunications Subsidiary means (i) WCI Gateway, WinStar Wireless, WinStar Telecommunications, Inc., WinStar Milliwave, Inc., WinStar Locate, Inc., WinStar Wireless Fiber Corp. and, in each case, its successors and (ii) any other Restricted Subsidiary of WCI that holds more than a de minimis amount of Telecommunications Assets.
